Glowee (the "Platform" ) is a service operated by Metastic LLC to connect brands with influencers and creators. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we safeguard it.

1. Information We Collect

a. Account Information

• When you create an account we collect your email address, and optionally your name, phone number, and location.
• We store a securely hashed version of your password. We never store it in plain text.

b. Creator Profile Information

If you submit a creator profile, we collect what you choose to provide: name, biography, city and country, social accounts and follower counts, audience demographics, content topics and languages, rates and fees, collaboration highlights, contact methods, photos, videos, and any media kit you upload.

Profile information you submit is intended for publication. Once a profile is approved it is publicly visible. Contact methods are held for our team to coordinate introductions and are not published in full.

c. Inquiry Information

When you send a booking inquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number, organization, the campaign or event details you provide, your budget, and your message. Inquiries are routed to our team, who connect you with the creator.

d. Automatically Collected Information

• Usage data: We record page visits and basic interaction events to understand how the Platform is used.
• Approximate location: We may resolve your IP address to a city and country to set sensible timezone and currency defaults.
• Cookies: We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your session. Session records are stored in our own database.
• Error reports: When something breaks we collect diagnostic information to fix it.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate the directory and publish approved creator profiles.
• To review and verify submitted profiles before they go live.
• To route booking inquiries to the right people and follow up on them.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send transactional email — confirmations, sign-in links, and notifications.
• To diagnose errors and improve the Platform.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Automated Processing

If you upload a media kit, we use automated tools, including third-party AI services, to extract structured profile information from it. Extracted information is reviewed before a profile is published, and we do not use it to make decisions about you without human review.

4. Service Providers

We share information with providers who help us run the Platform, only to the extent they need it. These include our hosting and database providers, our email delivery provider, an IP geolocation provider, error monitoring, bot protection on public forms, and the AI provider used for media kit extraction.

5. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Platform. If you delete your account, published profiles you submitted may remain listed; contact us if you want them removed as well.

6. Your Rights

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to respond quickly if something goes wrong.
