These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Glowee (the "Platform" ), a service operated by Metastic LLC By using the Platform, you agree to these terms.

1. What the Platform Does

Glowee is a directory that helps brands discover influencers and creators, and helps creators present their work. We facilitate introductions. We are not a party to any agreement you reach with a creator or a brand, and we do not act as an agent, employer, or representative of either side.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Submitting a Profile

• You may only submit a profile for yourself, or for someone who has authorized you to do so.
• Information you submit — including reach, audience figures, and rates — must be accurate and not misleading.
• You must have the rights to any photo, video, media kit, or other material you upload.
• Submitted profiles are reviewed before publication. We may decline, edit, or remove a listing at our discretion.

4. Inquiries and Bookings

Inquiries sent through the Platform are routed to our team, who coordinate the introduction. Any resulting engagement — including scope, deliverables, payment, and cancellation — is solely between you and the other party. We make no guarantee that an inquiry will receive a response or result in a booking.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Upload unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit content.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract profiles or contact information from the Platform.
• Use contact details obtained through the Platform for unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.

6. Content and Licence

You retain ownership of the content you submit. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.

7. Our Intellectual Property

The Platform itself — its software, design, and branding — belongs to Metastic LLC. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or to copy the Platform.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not verify every claim made in a listing, and we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any listing is accurate or complete. You are responsible for your own due diligence before entering into an engagement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metastic LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising out of a dealing between a brand and a creator introduced through the Platform.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the revised terms.
